Sales Policy

When you inquire about one of our bunnies you are agreeing to the following:

M&M Bunny Barn has the right of first pick of all our rabbits. Not all bunnies born in our Rabbitry will be available.

If you would like to get a second bunny from us, we ask that the first rabbit be fixed before bringing a second bunny into the household.

We reserve the right to refuse or back out of a sale for any reason.

For their health and well-being, bunnies do not leave our care until they are 10 weeks old. No exceptions.

All bunnies sold as pets are NOT to be bought with the intention of breeding.

If you decide that you can no longer care for and would like to rehome one of our bunnies, we appreciate that you offer it back to us first. Note: you will not be refunded.

If you fail to offer our bunny/bunnies back to us, you will no longer be eligible to purchase a bunny from us.

All of our bunnies are guaranteed healthy to the best of our knowledge at time of sale. We would never sell a rabbit with poor/known health conditions.

We do not guarantee the gender of any bunnies. We do our best to determine genders accurately, however, mistakes do happen. We try our best to get it right, and seek a second opinion when in doubt.

Deposits/Payments:

We accept 50% deposits through etransfer to hold the bunny/bunnies of your choice. These deposits are to reassure us that you are serious about buying a bunny. The last 50% MUST be paid in full by the day of pick up or the bunny will not leave our care.

All deposits/payments are non-refundable unless something happens while the bunny is in our care (ex. Illness, passing) or we decide to back out of the sale. If you decide to back out the deposit/payment is still non-refundable.

We require people interested in a rabbit as a pet to sign our pet contract before making a deposit.

Deposits cannot be moved to hold another rabbit.

Reservations & Pricing:

Reservations start at 8 weeks of age. We will not be taking deposits until then.

The price of our bunnies is based on the following: gender, age, quality, colour and whether the bunny will available to pet homes or breeders.

We only sell our bunnies to approved pet homes and reputable breeders.

I will pick the appropriate home that I think is best for each of our bunnies. This will not always be first come first serve.

Transportation & Delivery: 

Transportation, Delivery or meet ups should be made prior to making a deposit.

We are willing to work with ground transportation to other parts of Canada to get your desired rabbit to you at your expense.

We require the buyer to pay + organize all transportation.

 

If the transporter does not supply their own carriers you are responsible for the expense to purchase something the rabbit can travel in.

 

Due to the increase of gas prices

If we are required to Deliver/Meet Up with you or a transporter: you will be required to pay a gas fee.

Amount depends on how far we need to travel:

60km= $20

120km= $40

180km= $60

Deliver/Meet Up in Neepawa + Minnedosa are free.

 

We do not sell/ship any rabbits outside of Canada at this time.

 

We are currently looking into Air Transportation, but it is not available at this time.
